There’s something about knowing what’s for dinner before the week even begins that makes life feel a little more manageable. I love opening the fridge and already knowing what the plan is. It takes away so much of the mental load, cuts down on the “what’s for dinner?” conversations, and makes grocery shopping so much easier because I know exactly what I need to buy. It’s one of those little things that helps the whole week run more smoothly.

This week’s meal plan is full of dinners that find their way onto my family’s dinner table again and again. They’re simple, comforting, packed with flavour, and don’t require a million ingredients or hours in the kitchen. You’ll find Juicy Oven-Baked Chicken Kebabs, One-pan Chicken and Broccoli Lasagne, Potato Taco Bowls, One-pan Beef Ramen Noodles, One-pan Greek Chicken and Risoni (Orzo), Creamy Sausage Pasta, and Sweet and Sour Pork.

There’s plenty of variety to keep everyone happy, and hopefully it gives you one less thing to think about this week. I hope it makes dinnertime just that little bit easier.
