gherkins (dill pickles), finely diced

capers, finely diced

finely diced red onion

finely chopped fresh dill or fresh parsley if preferred

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or until ready to use.
